Her diverse career includes serving as a Napa Valley winery culinary director for 10 years, a lecturer and career advisor at Cornell University for 20 years, and experience as a restaurant owner, Lifelong Learning Coordinator for an around-the-world voyage, and current service with EGBOK Mission, a not-for-profit in Cambodia where she guides an advisory council and teaches young adults hospitality and life skills to help them secure promising careers.
